ceilCecelia Huffman White, First Vice President, has over 35 years of experience in public administration, campaign management, media relations and communications. As a professional and volunteer, she has served in leadership roles to help guide the renaissance of the City of Cleveland, reform of the Cleveland Municipal School System and create opportunities for all people to have access to quality health care throughout Ohio and the nation.

She serves as the Chair of the Cuyahoga County Regional Planning Council for HIV-AIDs, the Aids Funding Collaborative, appointed by the County Administrator for both.

She also serves on the Cleveland State University’s School of Urban Affairs Levine Chair Advisory Board, Health Legacy of Cleveland, Girls’ Scouts of Northeastern Ohio, Cuyahoga County Democratic Party Executive Committee for 10 years, and many other boards, commissions and committees.
